What should you look for in a creator?
When you receive matches for your campaign, you as a brand choose which creators you want to work with. WebContent shows you a range of information about each creator - but what is most important to focus on?
Here's a guide to assessing a creator and choosing the ones that best match your brand and campaign style.
1. Look at previous content
The most important element of a creator is their video samples. Take a look:
Format: Is it in the style you want?
Authenticity: Does it seem real and believable?
Delivery: Do they speak clearly? Are their facial expressions and tone good?
A great feed isn't enough - it's their ability to deliver content that sells that counts.
2. Assess content in relation to your brief
Ask yourself:
Does their tone and style fit my brand?
Do they have experience with the type of campaign I've created?
Is their demographic or niche relevant to my product?
A good match is more about matching energy and communication than likes.
4. Think test and relationship - not always a "perfect match"
Sometimes it's about testing different types of creators and seeing who performs best in content and ads. You can always do that:
Recycle your top performers
Adjust your wishes in the next campaign
Exclude creators you don't want again
