How to manage changes or request new versions of content
Even with a good brief and a strong match, small corrections may be needed when you receive content from a creator. WebContent makes it easy to request changes directly in the platform - without emails or hassle.
Here's a simple guide to the process.
1. Find the video you want to fix
Once a creator has uploaded their video, you enter the campaign and click on the video.
You can here:
Watch the video
Read any notes from creator
Compare with your brief
2. Give feedback via the platforms
Click "Provide feedback" and write specifically what you want changed. Examples:
"Cut the intro down to max 3 seconds"
"Show the bottle more clearly at the end"
"Use the name 'GlowUp' instead of just 'the product'"
Always be concrete, positive and solution-oriented - it gives better results.
3. Creator uploads a new version
Creators are notified in their app and have the option to upload a new version directly in the platform. You will be notified when this has happened.
Typically 1-2 rounds of changes are included, depending on the format and complexity of the campaign.
4. Tips for an effective change process
Give feedback all in one message
Avoid changing the entire brief after delivery
Use visual references if possible
If something is critical: explain why (e.g. due to brand guidelines)
5. When the version is approved
When you are satisfied, click "Approve" and the video will be saved as finished. You are now ready to go:
Download the video
Use it in campaigns
Invite the same creator again
Pro tip: Better brief = fewer changes
If you often find yourself having to correct content, consider:
Using AI Script Maker to create a sharper brief
Reusing creators who deliver good quality from the start

Start your next campaign with a good brief - and use the feedback flow to focus only on refinement, not starting over.
