How to communicate effectively with creators on WebContent
We've eliminated emails, DMs and unnecessary meetings - and made communication between brands and creators simple and structured.
With WebContent , all communication takes place directly on the campaign - and it starts in the description.
1. Your campaign description is your first (and most important) message
When you create a campaign, it is the description that creators use to assess whether they want to apply.
It is therefore important that you:
Writes clearly and concisely
Explains what you expect
Includes any info about tone, audience, message or style
Everything you would normally write in an email should be included in your description.
2. No chat - but a clear overview
Once you have approved a creator, the process continues automatically.
You cannot write directly to creator until you reach the feedback phase - but creators work based on your brief and campaign requirements.
3. When content is ready: Feedback phase opens for messages
As soon as creator has uploaded their video, the campaign switches to the feedback phase.
This opens a chat function where you can:
Leave comments directly on the video
Suggest corrections
Give final approval
Everything happens directly on the platform - no more emails and messy communication.
4. Why structure is important
We've built the platform to bring everything together in one place:
Letters
Uploads
Feedback
Communication
This means you never lose track - and can easily retrieve history or see who wrote what.
5. Do you need more people from your team? Use Scale
With Scale, multiple users can collaborate on the same campaign.
:
Shared overview of feedback and uploads
Ability to comment and approve across
Consistent communication with creator
Remember: Everything starts with a good brief
The clearer you are in the campaign description, the better the results you get - and the less need for corrections later.
