How to create a new campaign
Creating a campaign on WebContent is quick and easy. Whether you want to test a new type of video or start a full production, the platform helps you every step of the way - with AI, templates and automatic matching.
Here's a step-by-step guide.
1. Click on "Create campaign"
Once you are logged in to WebContent, click "Create campaign". Select the brand the campaign belongs to and then start working on the brief.
Do you have multiple brands? You choose the relevant one at the start of the campaign.
2. Fill in the basic campaign details
You start by specifying:
Campaign name
Thorough description of the purpose
What type of content you are looking for (e.g. UGC video, Organic video, etc)
Creator preferences
The clearer your direction, the better matches you'll get.
3. Write or generate a briefing
Here you have two options:
Write the brief yourself if you have a clear picture of what you want
Use AI Script MakerScale which generates a complete brief based on your cues
You can also save and reuse templates if you create many similar campaigns.
4. Set budget and payment
Specify:
What you pay per video (the platform suggests typical levels)
Whether you want to add bonus or extra requirements
Your total budget - and whether you want to accept creators manually or automatically
Marketplace fees are automatically calculated and clearly displayed before you confirm.
5. Review and publish
Before you publish:
Review the campaign preview
Edit brief or payment if necessary
Click "Publish" to send it live on the marketplace
The campaign is now shown to creators and you will be notified when someone swipes "yes".
6. Choose your creators
When creators have swiped yes:
See their profiles and past content
Accept those you want to work with
The brief automatically becomes available to the selected creators
You can follow the entire flow from your dashboard.
