How to download and use your content UGC
Once you've approved videos from your creators, the next step is to use them actively in your marketing channels. WebContent makes it easy to download and organize content - so you can go from idea to advertising in minutes.
1. Download your videos
After you approve a video, it becomes available for download in your dashboard dashboard.
Here's how you do it:
Go to the campaign
Click on "Download all"
The video is downloaded in high quality and ready to use immediately.
2. Access all your content in one place
You can do this at any time:
Retrieve previous campaigns
See which creators have delivered what
Re-download approved videos
It's all under "Campaigns " in your dashboard.
3. How to use your UGC
content UGC works especially well for:

Tip: Use different thumbnails and hooks in your ads to split-test performance.
4. Rights & use
Once a video is approved and paid for, you have full rights to use it commercially for 6 months - including in advertising.
If you have any special agreements or restrictions, this will be stated in your campaign letter.
Pro tip: Organize your content remotely
If you use a lot of videos:
Create a Google Drive or Dropbox with folders for each campaign
Tag the videos by format: e.g. "Testimonial", "Unboxing", "Ad", etc.
Share with your creative team or performance agency
