Notifications are not working - what do I do?
Notifications keep you updated so you don't miss out on new promotions, feedback or payments. If you don't receive push notifications in the app, it may be due to settings on your phone - or in the app itself.
Here's a simple checklist to solve the problem.
1. Check permissions on your phone
iPhone:
Go to Settings > Notifications > WebContent
Make sure "Allow notifications" is enabled
Turn on sounds, banners and lock screen notifications
Android:
Go to Settings > Apps > WebContent > Notifications
Make sure all message types are enabled
Check if Do Not Disturb mode is active (turn it off)
2. Check notification settings in the app
Open WebContent
Go to Profile > Settings > Notifications
Check that all desired notification types are enabled
(e.g. campaigns, feedback, approvals)
3. Update the app
If you are using an older version of the app, errors may occur.
Go to App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android)
Search for WebContent
Tap "Refresh" if possible
4. Restart and log in again
Sometimes a quick reboot helps:
Shut down the app completely
Restart your phone
Log in again and test by e.g. swiping on a campaign
5. Contact support if the problem persists
