Problems with payment or billing
Whether you're a brand with an active subscription or creator waiting for payment - everything needs to run smoothly. Here's how to solve the most common payment or billing issues on WebContent.
For brands
1. My card is declined
Check that the card has coverage and is valid
Make sure it's open for online purchases
Try a different card if possible
Contact your bank if problems persist
2. I am missing an invoice
Contact support
Invoices are also automatically sent to your registered email
3. I want to change my card
Go to "Subscription" in account settings
Click "Add payment method" and enter your new details
The change comes into effect immediately
For creators
1. I have not received my payment
Check that your content is approved by the brand
Verify that your Stripe account is correctly linked
Log in and see your available balance under "Payments"
Haven't requested a payout yet? You choose the time and amount
2. I can't pay out
Go to your linked Stripe profile
Confirm that your bank account is registered
Check for any security notifications from Stripe
Contact support
Common problems and solutions
1. Payment stuck in "pending"
This usually happens if content is not yet approved
Log in and check the status of the task
Contact the brand via the platform if you are waiting for a response
2. Incorrect information on the invoice
Contact us via support
Specify which information to correct (company name, email, address)
We will send you a new version manually
