For brands:

How do I create an account?
You can sign up for free via our pricing page or by clicking "Start for free" on the front page. The account is created without a credit card - and you can get started right away.

What does it cost to use the platform?
We offer both a free Solo and a paid Scale. With Solo , you only pay per task. Scale offers lower fees, AI and access to sparring. See full comparison here.

How do I create a campaign?
Once logged in, click "Create campaign" in your dashboard. Use AI Script Maker or your own inputs - and go live in a few clicks.

How do I match with creators?
When you publish a campaign, it is automatically sent to relevant creators. You'll be notified when someone swipes "yes" and can then choose who you want to work with.

How does payment and invoicing work?
Payment is made via card and Stripe. Invoices are sent to you automatically by email. You can update your payment details at any time.

For creators:

How do I become creator?
You sign up via the page Become a Creator. It takes less than 30 seconds and you don't need to confirm email to get started.

How do I swipe tasks?
In the mobile app, go to "Marketplace" and swipe right (yes) or left (no) for campaigns. When a brand selects you, you get access to the brief and can upload content.

How do I upload my content?
Once selected, the campaign will open in your app. Here you can upload your video directly. Use WiFi and MP4 format for best results.

How and when do I get paid?
When your content is approved, the payment will be visible in your balance. You choose when and how much you want to pay out - everything is handled securely via Stripe.

What do I do if I have technical issues?
Contact support via the app or support form. Our team will typically respond within a few hours and help you quickly.

Does WebContent work for both iOS and Android?
Yes - the mobile app is available for both platforms and is continuously updated.

Can I get help with briefing and campaign structure?
Yes - users on Scale can book sparring with a dedicated Performance Manager directly from the dashboard.
