Error uploading or swiping in creator

We work hard to make WebContent as user-friendly and stable as possible. However, as with all apps, small technical issues can occasionally occur - especially when uploading or using the swipe function.

Here you'll get help resolving the most common errors so you can move on quickly.

1. Problems with the swipe function

Symptoms:

  • You cannot swipe left or right

  • New tasks are not loading

  • The app freezes when you swipe

Possible solutions:

  • Check if you have the latest version of the app (go to App Store / Google Play)

  • Close the app completely and open again

  • Check your internet connection

  • Try logging out and in again

If the problem persists, contact support via chat or email and we will check your account.

2. Problems with uploading content

Symptoms:

  • Your video is stuck in upload

  • The app closes during upload

  • The file will not be saved

Possible solutions:

  • Make sure the file is in .mp4 format and max 5 GB

  • Use a stable WiFi connection - mobile networks can time out

  • Make sure the app has access to your photos and videos

  • Restart the app and try again

Uploading is done directly to our system - so it needs to be stable throughout the process.

3. Other errors - or if in doubt

If something doesn't work as expected:

  • Contact support

  • Send a short description and possibly a screenshot

  • Our support team typically responds within a few hours

4. Good habits for fewer mistakes

  • Keep the app up to date

  • Use WiFi when uploading

  • Save your content locally before uploading

  • Set up push notifications so you don't miss important updates
