Uploading content and meeting deadlines
Once you've been selected for a campaign, the next step is to produce and upload your content. WebContent makes it easy for you to stay on top of things - but it's important that you deliver on time and follow the brief carefully.
Here's a step-by-step guide.
1. Review the brief
Before you start recording, read the brief carefully. Here you will find:
What the video should be about
Form, tone and style
Possible deadline for upload
Technical requirements (e.g. vertical video, natural light, length)
The better you understand the brief, the more likely your content will be approved on the first try.
2. Record and edit
When you're filming:
Ensure good sound and light
Follow the brief - but be yourself
Avoid mentioning competitors or using music without rights
Edit the video as needed, but keep it simple - many brands prefer "natural" over overproduced.
3. Upload your content
When you're ready:
Go to the campaign in the app
Click on "Upload video"
Select your file and add a short comment if you like
The system will confirm when the upload is complete.
Make sure to upload before the deadline - brands will see your delivery history going forward.
4. Wait for approval and feedback
When the video is uploaded:
The brand is notified and can see your video
You can either approve or ask for changes
If any changes are requested, you will receive a message with accurate feedback
You can then upload a new version directly.
5. Meet deadlines
It's crucial for your credibility and future matches that you:
Deliver before deadline
Communicate in good time if problems arise
Don't swipe on tasks you don't 100% want to do
Creators who meet deadlines and brief are prioritized in future campaigns.
6. Get paid
When your content is approved:
Your payment is automatically activated
You can follow the status in the app
Payout is made to your chosen account
