How and when do I get paid as a creator on WebContent?

When you create content via WebContent, getting paid for your work should be easy and safe. We use Stripe as our payment solution - giving you full control over when you get paid and how much.

Here's everything you need to know.

1. When will my payment be available?

When a video is:

• Delivered via the app

• Approved by the brand

• Any product return is authorized

... the payment is released and visible in your dashboard creator as "available balance".

You will be notified when payment is ready.

2. How to pay out

When you have an available balance:

• Go to "Payouts" in the app

• Select the amount you want to pay out

• Click "Withdraw " - the money will be sent directly to your account

You choose how much and when you want to pay out.

3. Stripe - safe and professional handling

Stripe is one of the world's most used payment platforms - and secure:

• Fast payout

• Bank verification

• GDPR secure data processing

Simply connect your Stripe account for the first time. After that, everything is automatic.

4. How long does the payout take?

Stripe typically pays out within 3-4 business days, depending on your bank. You can always follow the status directly in the app or via your Stripe user profile.

5. Tips for payment flow

• Collect multiple tasks before you pay out (avoids small transactions)

• Check that your bank details in Stripe are correct

• Set a reminder for yourself if you want regular payouts
