1) Queue & SLAs

  • CSAE/CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation / Material): Immediate removal, account suspension, and mandatory escalation to law enforcement. Triage within 12h; escalate immediately.


  • Imminent harm / legal risk: Triage within 12h; escalate immediately.


  • Normal UGC reports: Triage within 48h; resolve within 5 business days.


2) Triage categories

  • A1: CSAE / CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation / Material) – including grooming, solicitation, and any content depicting child sexual abuse

  • A2: Violence, hate, terrorism

  • A3: Sexual / explicit content (non-CSAM)

  • B1: Harassment / bullying / doxxing

  • B2: IP/copyright complaints

  • C1: Spam / scams / circumvention
    D1: Other policy violations


3) CSAE & CSAM-Specific Handling

  • Detection: CSAE/CSAM can be flagged via user reports, automated filters, or manual review. All uploaded content is also scanned using Cloudflare CSAM Scanning Tool (PhotoDNA-based hash matching).

  • Immediate action: Remove CSAE/CSAM content immediately. Suspend the associated account pending investigation. Preserve all evidence securely for at least 90 days (legal hold if required). All CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material) is treated as CSAE and escalated immediately to law enforcement, in line with international obligations.

  • Law enforcement escalation: All CSAE/CSAM reports are escalated without delay to relevant local authorities (e.g., Danish police). If required, coordinate with international organizations (e.g., NCMEC). Escalation is handled exclusively by Trust & Safety and the company DPO.

  • Reviewer training: Moderation staff receive regular training on CSAE/CSAM detection, safe handling, and lawful escalation.


4) Actions (non-CSAE content)

  • Informational warning → Temporary restriction → Suspension → Permanent ban.

  • Remove content violating the Guidelines; preserve evidence for 90 days (legal hold if needed).

  • For A1/A2: immediate removal + account suspension pending review.


5) Evidence & logging

  • Store report ID, reporter, accused user, content IDs/links, timestamps, decision, reviewer.

  • Keep audit logs for 24 months minimum.

  • CSAE/CSAM-related logs are stored securely with restricted access.


6) Appeals

  • Users may appeal within 10 business days at udvikling@webcontent.dk.

  • A different reviewer handles the appeal; decision is final within 10 business days.

  • Appeals are not available for CSAE/CSAM-related cases.


7) Law enforcement & external requests

  • Imminent threats (including CSAE/CSAM): Report immediately to local authorities.

  • All external requests: Handled only via Legal/Data Protection (DPO: udvikling@webcontent.dk).

  • Cooperation is lawful, minimal, and logged
