How to work with multiple brands and users on WebContent

WebContent is built for both small teams and large agencies. If you work with multiple brands - for example, as a marketing agency or multi-brand company - Scale allows you to manage everything in one place without creating separate accounts.

Here's how to set up and manage multiple brands and users.

1. What is a "brand" on WebContent?

A "brand" is a customer, product line or business unit that you run campaigns for. Each brand has:

  • Own name and logo

  • Separate campaigns

  • Possibility of different creators and content

Example: An agency can have one brand for each customer - or one brand per product.

2. Add more brands to Scale

On Scale, you can:

  • Add new brands directly in the dashboard

  • Split campaigns and content by brand

  • Get a better overview and structure

Price:

  • 995 kr per additional brand

  • 50% discount when buying 3 or more brands

3. Add more users to the account

You can also invite multiple users to your account. This allows you to:

  • Collaboration in teams

  • Access sharing between colleagues, freelancers or clients

Users can be assigned access per brand

4. Who should use this feature?

The feature is ideal for:

  • Marketing agencies with more customers

  • Brands with multiple product lines or markets

  • Teams where multiple people need to be able to give feedback or retrieve content
