How to work with multiple brands and users on WebContent
WebContent is built for both small teams and large agencies. If you work with multiple brands - for example, as a marketing agency or multi-brand company - Scale allows you to manage everything in one place without creating separate accounts.
Here's how to set up and manage multiple brands and users.
1. What is a "brand" on WebContent?
A "brand" is a customer, product line or business unit that you run campaigns for. Each brand has:
Own name and logo
Separate campaigns
Possibility of different creators and content
Example: An agency can have one brand for each customer - or one brand per product.
2. Add more brands to Scale
On Scale, you can:
Add new brands directly in the dashboard
Split campaigns and content by brand
Get a better overview and structure
